Video Difficulty
  1. If you are experiencing video difficulty, change the buffer settings* on your player to 15 seconds.
  2. Allow the video to play for 15 seconds.
  3. Stop the video and then play again.

 

*In Windows Media Player, select View menu, then select Options. Select Streaming and change the buffer to 15 secs.
