has discontinued the manufacture and distribution of NOW®
All Purpose Cleaner.
We are very much aware of the loyalty that you have shown to the NOW®
All Purpose Cleaner product over the last 15 years. We understand that
this change will be upsetting to many of you and we regret being the
source of this discomfort. However, we are also very excited to be able
to offer you the next generation of Mirachem cleaning technology,
MiraClean
Professional All Purpose Cleaner (APC). We believe that
this change is not only appropriate at this time, but also that we are
keeping faith with our long time NOW®
All Purpose Cleaner customers by offering them the very best product
that we can.
MiraClean Professional APC has been formulated with a new, advanced
technology designed for the cleaning professional for use in commercial
cleaning applications and it represents the next generation of
cleaning technology from Mirachem. MiraClean Professional APC is lower
foaming, rinses easier, and delivers better streak-free finishes on
shiny surfaces. MiraClean APC also costs less, and is formulated to meet
environmental standards projected for the next 15 years. We believe it
is a superior product to NOW® All
Purpose Cleaner.
This was a difficult decision for us. We value our relationship with
you, going all the way back to the days of the warehouse membership
clubs. We take very seriously any decision that might jeopardize the
trust that you have placed in Mirachem by purchasing our products. The
simple fact is that we can now offer you an improved, professional-grade
product, for less. We would be doing you a disservice to take any other
course of action.
Of course, the real question is whether or not MiraClean
Professional APC will live up to your expectations. Change can be very
hard, particularly with products that you know and trust, and allowing
something new into your home can be very difficult. We have formulated
MiraClean APC to meet the same high performance standards as NOW® All
